Earth Action – Earth Mission & New Art City – Create a Dream, with Della Burford

My company the waves and birds ..”the good news today is Earth Action the edited version is now available on Amazon” – I wrote this post January 24th. Some more good news is that I finished the installation in New Art City of the the Vision Travel Journey showing 15 paintings painted and inspired by travelling in different part of the world inserted in Sequoia Sun’s 3-d model of the undersea Radialaria and built by Iain McIntosh.

As I said January was major edit time for Earth Action.. appropriate as being in Coheart 3 we just finished Holon two with the Design Science Studio on Learning from the Wisdom of Nature .. heard Brian O’ Donnell speak for Campaign for Nature about the project to respect nature by protecting 30 % of the land – now 117 countries involved – have made a biodiversity image show for the Earth Action storytelling work – soon to come on my Youtube channel. I heard about the work of the Campaign for Nature in the Space Camp of the Buckminster Fuller Institute ..so have included a page in the Earth Action fo them as well as for One Earth and the Climate Foundation . You can even purchase a digital version on Amazon so the cost is mininal. Steven Leavitt interviewed me about Earth Action in his Podcast called “Earth Mission”.

But back to the Vision Travel Journey installation at New Art City. This started as a little sketch of my Travel Map shown to Selena and her saying lets start with that. Then with the motivation of Mark Smith and the 3-D model from Sequoia Sun of the biological undersea Radialaria and viola it manifested with the World Builder Iain MacIntosh‘s talent. What an exciting and amazing project it turned out to be for me. Please go and look at it in Mora – the Design Science Studio location in New Art City. Music by Richard Struppi on flute. The theme is Dissolve and Bloom starting with being underground and coming up to flower. More to come as this will have a Phase Two.
