The Unicorn Pegasus Dream Ship is about to sail!

During the Fireside Chat with Della Burford interviewer Steven Leavitt , who Della had been on his Language of Creativity podcast, asked the audience a Dodoland style question “If you could be a mythical animal or real animal what would you be? and the host of this Design Science Studio Fireside Chat, who was Bliss, replied a Unicorn Pegasus. So that night Della had a amazing dream of Bliss riding a Unicorn Pegasus Ship. She began to paint and collage it.

The photos taken of the completed Unicorn Pegasus Ship were encourage by Steven and taken by Dale Bertrand and shared at the Design Science Studio’s Event – “Making the Invisible Visible” which happened on March 30 and 31 and to coincided with the Vision Train’s 4th Anniversary.

Getting back to the Unicorn Pegasus Ship. Bliss- Jennifer Bliss Alberts who hosted the Fireside and is the Community and Program Manager of Design Science Studio was riding the Pegacorn in the dream and the Captain of the Ship. Dale Bertrand is on the right bottom by the unicorn’s head ,who is Della’s husband, has supported her dreams over the many years. His support has been crucial for her doing her dream work.

Various people at the Fireside when asked “If they would like to join” said they wanted to be on the Ship and some other people she spoke to the next week after the Dream Chat wanted also to join the Dream Party. So the fun began for Della of collaging and painting.

First Della collaged herself sitting with her a Dream Wheel which are described in the Dream Wheels book . Each year she makes a mandala of Dreams from the year. It is a portal for her to go back to her dreams at any time. She has done this for 40 years.

Then she posted a few pictures of stories she and other collaborators have manifested in books, plays with art and story. Two of the Producers are also in this picture Kazuko and Ruu Ruu who have produced her (Della’s) stories in Japan. One of her fellow cohearts in Design Science Studio – Taiyo Okamoto is also in the photo and he creates poetry of dreams. His link goes to the substack written by Stephen Bau on “Dreaming the World into reality”. If you look at the photo of the whole ship in the right hand corner is another important person Made Sidia who this year hosted the Design Science Studio’s Star Galaxy for the World Bali event that took place at Paripurna dance school with 200 students. Jack Paterson helped in the production who wrote this article on Made Sidia as he was working on an exhange with other groups also.

The next step was for Della to collage the belly of the Ship with eight Dreamers. In the left corner is Steven Leavitt who has done two podcast of Della’s work … “Earth Mission” and “Language of Creativity called Paint Your Dreams“. Also on the right is Svend Bhairavi who using dreams sometimes in making her Visionary Weavings that are shown at various Festivals. The one on her left is Amanda Sage who is the creator of the Vision Train which is a 24 hours zoom site where artists can experience as a retreat to paint. Next to her is Laura DeAngelis who has included dreams in her book You can Thrive. Next is Stacey Sude who shared wisdom she has learned from 12 years of journaling dreams. And on the far left is Simone Alvarenga who has unity dreams that are connected to her healing work. Della and Simone had synchronicity happen as they both, Della with a dream, and her with a meditation, saw many spiritual leaders uniting in harmony. Jon Van Meter below had a dream that gave a direction in his life of a truncated octahedron ( after that he continued making many geometric shapes inspired by Buckminster Fuller). Dreams also gave direction in Denis Moore life and it was one to Save the World and this led to him teaching many students in topics related to nature.

As well as Simone’s healing energy healing in the picture below we see Julian Ramirez who created the installation in New Art City and healing animation of Star Galaxy for the World which is shown at the front end of the Dodoland website and also the healing work of Alecia Sacred Heart , project Coordinator at the Academy of Visionary Art, and Project Director of the Vision Train .

Many dream collegiates came to the Fireside to share their dreams in the Break Out with others. Some were Irene Vincent with her dreams and then paintings of healing. Della and here recently painted together in Mexico. Raimonda Pironti is in the top left corner with her playful energy in Collages, and Toni Wilder in writing and meditation.. we had many Dream classes together . Alice Brownlee shared her dreams with Della later of making music and producing Trees Please. Her and Della studied together many decades ago with the famous clown teacher Richard Pochinko.

Robert Moss often said “Let your dream Producer Produce for you. In the next section are many people encouraging me to produce like David Walsh , Sal Williams with her grand- daughter Annabelle and my sister Norah. Sequoia Sun – is here who creates architectural designs from the microscopic silica of Radialara. One 3D she did was used by Iain McIntosh for a Travel Vision installation with my painting done recently for an installation show in New Art City called Mora. There is many artists work here that is amazing. To go to the Vision Travel piece of Della’s you have to go to this Mora link and put the coordinated in the left corner of -57 17 -186 .. and push go . Iain MacIntosh also has one piece in Mora called Pluto’s Cove that came from a dream . He describes it in the video below at 1:57 about 2/3 thru- https:://www.facebook.com/roxishohadaee/videos/777147063922437

Also Gio Mantis is here on the bottom right of this photo of the Pegasus Unicorn who does work in Mexico on environment themes and raising consciousness. Also in the far bottom right corner is E Raina who presented at the Invisible become Visible a remarkable animated short about a crow that had special qualities. When I asked Stephen Bau who wrote a substack about the Fireside , and Mark Smith if they dreamed they both said they were living the dreams. Roxi Shohandee I believe is doing this too. Della included Mark Smith’s imaginary Elephant Lion as Ganesh the Elephant is often guarding the Gateway to Dreams.

And so the dreams go on and grow and are shared with the world. Della gives her thanks to all of those who came to the Fireside Chat and all those who after shared their dreams with her. There was so many talented people sharing their dreams. She says, “We are all dreams sharing the mythos of our spirits and souls and you can too. Let’s have more to increase the positive Global Impact!” See the video of presenting the Pegasus Unicorn Ship below.

Della gives her heartfelt thanks to podcast host Steven Leavitt , Podcast host of Painting your Dreams who suggested I do the Fireside Chat and then helped me share the Dream Painting that resulted , So appreciate you believing in dreams!

Della sends her love to all dreamers and encourage them to Dream On!
